Our French instruction is based on principles developed through more than five decades of teaching children and through the Thibaut Technique®, created by François Thibaut, founder of The Language Workshop.
Programs can begin with a child’s very first words in French and progress toward conversation, reading, writing, grammar, and increasingly sophisticated communication.
For children who may eventually attend a French or bilingual school, we can also build progressively toward the level of French required for a more demanding academic environment.

Spanish
Our Spanish program makes the language meaningful, interactive, and appropriate to your child’s age, with instruction designed to build confidence and communication.
Lessons are adapted as vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension develop, progressing toward conversation, reading, writing and grammar.
We begin from your child’s actual level—whether Spanish is completely new or already part of school or family life—and build toward fluency needed for school, conversation, and more advanced study.
